Refund Policy

At Zennfully Ann, we strive for the highest level of customer service. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with any aspect of the service provided, please don't hesitate to reach out and schedule a personal meeting with Life Coach Ann to discuss your concerns.

Additionally, a refund for services not performed (i.e. coaching sessions not attended) may be requested within 24 hours of cancellation.

All sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment time or a $25 cancellation fee will apply.
